Cool Glasses

Did you ever have that special pair of sunglasses. Well my client today just loves her glasses... Her mother on the other hand maybe not so much. We decided to go ahead and use the glasses in the session and I think they helped to create a cool image. I showed the image to the mom on the back of the camera and she said she liked it. I think they will look at the glasses in a different light now. I had a great time and the mom and senior were very pleasant to work with. I hope you like your images.

Congratulations Megan and Barry

It is so hard to believe that the little boy (Barry) that went to the water babies class at the YMCA with my son is now married. I was lucky to have met Megan, the beautiful bride, when I photographed their engagement portraits. She is a wonderful person and I am glad that Barry has such a wonderful woman in his life. I wish them both all the best. I still have a hard time to see him all grown up.
As most of you know I do not photograph weddings although I did take some images for my personal use while I attended their wedding. Jim Fish a fellow photographer in the St. Louis area was the photographer for the event. HOT HOT HOT

Ok so we all know how hot it has been. I have to share some images with you from my sessions on Friday. I was photographing 3 seniors at the park. Boy was it hot! Even 1st thing in the morning. We felt like we just got out of the shower. The 3 seniors I photographed were very patient in the heat. I know that they would have rather been in the air conditioning somewhere But no, they were in the park in the heat. All I can say is I hope you weren't tortued too much. Your images look great and I was glad to be your photographer.

Let's Get Blogging

Well today is June 27th and I am going to give it my best attempt to blog. I do find myself becoming more and more addicted to the computer. I guess it is because I find that...

#1 I love the challenges that the computer gives me.

#2 I find it has become a great way to stay in touch with my boys, Chris and Alex. They are off to the ends of the earth more times than not these days. I do have Alex home for the summer although that seems short lived.

#3 I have found it to be a great way to be in touch with all my previous, current and future customers.

I do look forward to this weekend. I am to be attending a graduation party for a family friends daughter and then on Sunday a wedding for another family friend. I was lucky enough to be able to photograph this young lady for her senior pics and the wonderful couple for their engagement images. Best of luck to all of them with their future endeavors.
